Ty Partners with the United Way

In December of 2014, author Ty Allan Jackson, in collaboration with The United Way of the Greater Capital Region, promoted literacy to over 400 preschool students through a program titled ONE BOOK. The “one book” that was used was Ty Allan Jackson’s picture book masterpiece “When I Close My Eyes”. The attached image provides an example of the impact promoting literacy can have on a child.
